John Witte, Jr., is the Jonas Robitscher Professor of Law and Ethics, and the Director of the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory Law School. He has written, edited, and co-edited various books on law, religion, human rights, and marriage and has been published in periodicals such as the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and the Journal of Law and Religion.
