Dialogues on Justice and Judges is a series of programs produced by MARS HILL AUDIO exploring the various intersections of law and culture. By examining cases that come before the Supreme Court, we hope to raise questions about the nature of law, the relationship between law and politics, and the dynamics of interaction between beliefs and institutions in American culture and the working of democratic government. The first issue of Dialogues on Justice and Judges, “Jurisprudence and the Roberts Court,” was released in the Summer of 2007 as a free podcast (downloadable here). The second issue will be available in the Fall of 2007, and will be announced on this page. |
